WIOWIZ CLI ORCHESTRATOR
The orchestrator topologically sorts the stage DAG, resolves @stage.artifact handoffs, fans out ready stages, applies verdict gates and reuses byte-stable results. The adapter registry binds each logical stage to a native WIOWIZ engine.
