One configurable core for DDR4, DDR5, LPDDR4 and LPDDR5

A synthesizable DDR memory controller built around a bank-aware command scheduler. An AXI4 host port feeds a reorder buffer and scheduler that track every bank, resolve page hits and conflicts, and enforce full JEDEC timing, then drive DRAM over a DFI 5.0 PHY interface. Refresh, ZQ calibration, training, and inline SECDED ECC run alongside the datapath.
